1. Definitions
- "Landlord": the person or entity renting the apartment.
- "Tenant": the person who books and uses the apartment.
- "Apartment": the housing unit subject to short-term rental.
2. Booking
- The booking of the apartment is considered confirmed only after entering the details of a credit card as a guarantee.
- The balance must be paid by bank transfer after the free cancellation period expires, 28 days before check-in.
- To verify the validity of your credit card and secure the booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount before your arrival.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
- If cancellation occurs after this date, no refund will be granted.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
- Any requests for early or late check-in or check-out must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional costs.
6. Use of the Apartment
- The apartment must be used exclusively for residential purposes and cannot accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and pets are allowed only with the landlord's prior approval.
7. Responsibility
- The tenant is responsible for any damages caused to the apartment during the stay and agrees to compensate the landlord for any repair costs.
